The idea of the blog is that the visitors discuss the cases and achieve a diagnosis. So what you think it is?
Thank´s for the suggestion of the color font.

Hello Luis,
Before I attempt a diagnosis, let me tell you that I am a Radiologist in Salem, a city in southern India. I found your site through Sumer's post.
The 3 displayed images show wall thickening in the Sigmoid & Descending colon and in the ileocaecal valve region. There are also a few small discrete mesenteric lymph nodes in the iliac fossae on both sides, more in the pericaecal region. There is not enough information to suggest small bowel obstruction. I don't think a contrast enema was administered. And there is no mention of blood in the stools.
The differential diagnosis would be Crohn's disease or Tuberculosis with a lesser probability for bowel ischemia and ulcerative colitis.
